Scottish Government legislation. *sort it out*
Get on with it Scottish Government. In 2010 the Scottish Government introduced legislation which would require all new applicants for premises licences to submit a Disability Access Statement as part of their licence application. To date, however, this legislation has yet to be commenced. I understand that it would be the Government's intention to issue guidance on what such statements should include before the legislation is commenced and it may be that it will deal with practical issues like the one described below.
